Digital Products Policy

Kiona Publishing Store specializes in digital products including downloadable magazines, articles, plans, drawings, eBooks, and videos. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the download has been accessed or completed.

No Returns on Digital Downloads

Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This policy is in place because:

• Once downloaded, the content has been received in full
• We cannot verify that downloaded content has been deleted
